1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "f168" refers to the online casino entertainment platform operating at f168-play.net, including all subdomains and related services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the f168 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile interface, software, and all digital services provided by f168.
• "Account Funds" refers to the MYR balance in a member's f168 account that is available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, bonus cash, free spins, or promotional benefits granted by f168 to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gaming" refers to the tools and measures provided by f168 to help members manage their gaming habits.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the f168 platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age and above on the date of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits participation in gambling activities.
• Not represented by a guardian, trustee, or any third party acting on your behalf without full disclosure.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. f168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at f168. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, or other details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3 Member Account

Your f168 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.

F168 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and avoiding logins from public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks. f168 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their own login credentials.

F168 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or investigate any member account that exhibits unusual activity, including inconsistent betting patterns, multiple login attempts from different locations within a short period, or signs of money laundering or fraud.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactive account maintenance fee of RM 5 per month after that period, or may be closed at f168's discretion once notice has been sent to the member.

4 Deposits & Payments

F168 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods, all in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad, and other FPX-supported banks

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, although transactions exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your f168 account within seconds upon successful payment confirmation.

Members are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. f168 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Any attempt to deposit funds from illegitimate sources or via stolen payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.

F168 is not responsible for any fees or charges that may be imposed by your financial service provider when making a deposit. Please check your e-wallet or bank's terms separately.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Members may request a withdrawal of funds from their f168 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account has been verified and is in active standing.
• No active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same as, or related to, the deposit method previously used.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows based on membership status:

• Standard Member: 5 to 30 minutes for withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay). FPX transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing time.
• VIP Silver & Gold: Within 2 hours for all methods.
• VIP Platinum: Instant withdrawals of up to RM 50,000 per day.

F168 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond f168's control. f168 recommends checking the terms of your financial service provider.

6 Bonus & Promotions

F168 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, in addition to the following general terms:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. f168's standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Arbitrage Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging, opposing bets, or strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

F168 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where there is a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the f168 platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, dragon tiger, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), and other table games — have specific rules displayed within the respective game interface. Those rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.

All game outcomes are determined by a licensed, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), or by live dealers and physical equipment in the case of Live Casino games. f168 has no ability to manipulate game outcomes on behalf of any party.

In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — including internet disconnection, server failure, or any other technical issue — f168 will return the wagered funds to the member's account based on the state of the game at the time of the failure, as recorded by the system. f168's decision in this matter is final.

The minimum and maximum bet values for each game are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the maximum limit will be automatically rejected by the system. f168 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any game at any time.

8 Sports Betting

F168's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports and leagues, including badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open), football (EPL, Champions League, Malaysia Super League), NBA, tennis ATP/WTA, and more. Bets can be placed before a match starts (pre-match) or while it is in progress (live betting).

Displayed odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Bets confirmed by the f168 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member after confirmation, except under circumstances specifically stated in the Sports Betting terms.

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before completion and not resumed within 72 hours, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• Change of Venue or Format: Significant changes to the venue or format of a competition may result in the cancellation and refund of bets at f168's discretion.
• Betting Limits: f168 reserves the right to limit the bet amount on any market or event without prior notice, including for members who display unusual betting patterns.
• Parlay / Accumulator Betting: If any one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be assigned odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections in the combination will stand.

F168 sources its sports data from licensed data providers. In the event of any discrepancy between the data displayed and official results, the official ruling of the relevant competition organiser shall serve as the final reference.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the f168 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity during registration.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to play or place bets automatically without human involvement.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to guarantee winnings, including in multi-player Live Casino games.
• Laundering illicit funds or using the f168 platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Intimidating or threatening f168 support staff or other members.
• Making false claims or fraudulent representations against f168 in relation to transactions or winnings.

10 Account Closure

Members may close their f168 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@f168-play.net. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the original deposit method within 5 business days.

F168 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• A member's own request for account closure due to gambling-related concerns (self-exclusion).
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Inability to verify a member's identity following repeated requests.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, f168 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending a full investigation. f168's decision in this matter, once the investigation is concluded, is final.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

• Collecting only the data necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.

• Not selling or sharing members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• Granting members the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal compliance requirements.

By registering with f168, you consent to f168 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@f168-play.net; however, doing so may result in f168 being unable to continue providing its services to you.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately once applied and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place any bets.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Investment or financial decisions made based on gambling activity on the f168 platform.
• Any taxes, duties, or levies that may be imposed on a member's winnings by the relevant tax authorities — members are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

F168's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, or RM 5,000, whichever is lower, unless such liability arises from proven fraud or gross negligence on the part of f168.

14 Dispute Resolution

F168 is committed to handling all member complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the f168 platform, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact f168 Support First: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to support@f168-play.net with full details, including your account ID, date of the incident, amount involved, and a description of the issue. Please include the transaction reference number where applicable.
2. Response Time: f168 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. More complex complaints may take up to 14 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request an escalation to a senior f168 supervisor by including the words "FORMAL ESCALATION" in your email subject line.

By registering with f168, you agree that any dispute which cannot be resolved through f168's internal complaints procedure will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules, and that the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15 Amendments to Terms & Other Provisions

F168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on f168-play.net. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notification or email to their registered address.

Continued use of the f168 platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or ineffective by a competent authority, the remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy f168 constitutes the entire agreement between the member and f168 with respect to the use of the platform.
